1. Guided tour of the mine :
Put you jacket on, adjust your helmet,and reach the galleries of the mine with the shaft at 30 and 60 meters underground to understand how coal was extracted. During your visit, you'll experience the difficult and the fascinating world of the "Blackrock". Discover also the was and sorting installations, from the arrival until transport and sale of the coal
The mine can be visited by anyone at least 1 m tall.

2. Permanent exhibition :
Housed in the Puits-Marie, one of Belgium's oldest mining buildings (1849), this permanent exhibition retraces 8 centuries of coal mining through 20 rooms. You'll discover the lamp room, the disaster room, the compressors, the infirmary, etc. - free visit.
3. The slag heap biotope and tree circuit :
How is life born on a "pile of rocks"? Why does a slag heap burn?You'll find the answers to these questions and many more on the 1 km walk around the "terril biotope". A 200-step staircase takes you to the top of the slag heap, where an unbeatable view of the Meuse valley awaits you. Audio-guided tour.
